Cara Mereset Printer canon Pixma MP960 ikuti langkah-langkah dibawah ini..

Step 1: Enter Service Mode

1. Turn off the printer.
2. Press and hold the Stop/Reset button.
3. Press and hold the Power/On button.
4. Release the Stop/Reset button (the Power/On button is still pressed).
5. Press and release the Stop/Reset button 4 times.
6. Press and hold the Stop/Reset button.
7. Release the Power/On and Stop/Reset buttons together.

Note: After the buttons are released, the Power/On indicator will blink green for a while, then it will light up constantly and the printer's LCD will display "0". If after following steps 1-7 the green light is not constantly lit, but the printer continues to display an error, it means you made a mistake in steps 1-7. Turn off the printer and repeat step 1.

Step 2: Reset Canon Pixma MP960 Printer using manual/General tool/service tool

1. Press the Stop/Reset button 4 times (each time the Stop/Reset button is pressed, the power indicator changes color).
2. Press the On/Off button 1 time to confirm the selected action (reset the absorber counter).
3. Press the On/Off button 2 times to turn off the printer.
4. Turn on the printer and now the printer is ready for use.

Another command for step 1:

• Press the Resume button: 1 time – Orange – Service test print (load paper before doing it).
• Press the Resume button: 2 times – Green – EEPROM information print (load paper before doing it).
• Press the Resume button: 3 times – Orange – EEPROM initialization.
• Press the Resume button: 4 times – Green – Waste ink counter setting.
• Press the Resume button: 5 times – Orange – Destination setting (then press Power, press Resume 3 times).
• Press the Resume button: 6 times – Green – Print head deep cleaning.
• Press the Resume button: 11-13 times – Orange, Green, Orange – Return to menu selection.Press the Resume button: 14 times – Green – Left margin correction.
